Witt Park will forever hold a special place in my heart. It's the place where my fiance, my best friend of 13 years, and I took a leap of faith and said those two magical words, 'I do.' Our journey to this enchanting park is a story of love, family, and a deep-rooted connection to our neighborhood.
Our home, a family treasure since its days as a model home back in the 70s, has seen generations pass through its doors. I've been part of this charming neighborhood for a decade, and my fiance for two. But our story goes back even further as his family was here before us. Staying local and celebrating our love in the heart of our community became an essential part of our wedding day.
Planning a wedding can be stressful, and we faced the dilemma of choosing between an intimate courthouse ceremony and a grand celebration. Little did I know that the answer would come from a place I frequently ran past during my morning jogs and strolled through on lazy afternoons.
Witt Park, with its natural beauty and tranquil ambiance, turned out to be the perfect backdrop for the most magical day of our lives. The lush greenery, the soft rustling of leaves, and the scent of the flowers in full bloom all set the stage for a truly unforgettable moment.
